How do I clean my hair system?
1. Before you wash your hair system, please use an anti-static comb to comb out tangles and dust along with hair direction.
2. Wet your hair system thoroughly with water. (Grab the end of hair system to let the bangs keep downward and rinse it.)
3. Use shampoo to clean it up. (the shampoo equivalent to the size of a 5 cent coin)
4. Make sure you hold the hair system to keep bangs downward and comb it smoothly. (Gently comb it to avoid the net base tear)
5. Rinse the hair system thoroughly both the front side and back side. Press and knead it gently.
6. Wait 3~5 minutes. Rinse your hairpiece thoroughly.
7. Shake your hair system to make it get dry. Use a towel to blot the hair system dry.
8. Comb your hair system and place it on a wig stand. Make sure you put your hair system in a cool dry place.

How do I remove the adhesive from my scalp?
Use liquid adhesive removers which are specialised in cleaning sticky residue off scalps
1. Directly spray it on the adhesive residue part
2. Wait 2 minutes, and then use the adhesive remover pad to rub it gently until the adhesive residue is dissolved
3. You can use the professional shampoo to clean it out

How do I remove the adhesive from my hair system?
Please use the adhesive removers/ solvents which are specially made for removing adhesive residue from hair systems, hairpiece or toupee.
For “Ghost Bond Adhesive” users
1. Directly spray removers to the area of the adhesive residue
2. Wait around 2 minutes (The lasting time will depend on how sticky it is)
3. Use water to emulsify. Remove or brush the sticky residue gently
4. Finally, you can use a specific shampoo to clean it up
(It is a typical situation if you cannot totally remove the sticky residue)
For “tape” users
1. Tear tapes out of the net base
2. Directly spray removers to the area of the adhesive residue
3. Wait around 2 minutes (The lasting time will depend on how sticky it is)
4. Gently clean the adhesive residue off
5. Wash your hair system with water and use a specific shampoo to clean thoroughly
Please remove tapes/tape strips thoroughly. These products can only use one time and cannot be pasted again.

Generally, your hair system can be dyed and curled. However, different materials will cause various results. We suggest that you can ask about this issue via our online service or get a professional assessment through professional hair stylists.

Can I apply hair wax or gel to my hair systems?
Yes, you can use hair wax or gel because every “Copy hair” is made from “100% natural human hair”.
Please remember to clean it regularly to avoid the adhesive residue attached to your hair system, hairpiece or toupee.

What should I do if I cannot clean the adhesive residue thoroughly?
You can use the adhesive solvents or removers to clean. It’s a common situation if you cannot remove the sticky residue thoroughly. It won't hurt your hair system, hairpiece or toupee.

What should I do if there are ingrown hairs in the net base after wearing or washing it?
The ingrown hair is quite common because all hairpieces are hand-made products and net bases are thin and light. This issue won’t cause any inconvenience while applying the hair system or hairpiece(toupee).

Please let your hair systems, hairpiece or toupee drip dry or dry it by using a hairdryer with lower temperature.
